Who we are
IET is a startup building domestic LFP cathode material supply in the United States. We are a Delaware corporation (incorporated 2024-08-19, File No. 4747945) with a team that has built and operated LFP plants at scale.
How qualified we are
- Process: a proprietary ammonia-route precursor process that recovers ammonium sulfate instead of discharging it.
- People: leadership and engineering with 250,000-ton-class LFP and precursor projects in their track records (per project materials).
- Position: a proposed West Texas plant targeting 50,000 t/yr, sited where energy costs and policy support are favorable.
- Demand: a large and growing U.S. supply gap, with customers seeking domestic supply.
What we are building
A proposed 50,000 t/yr LFP cathode plant in West Texas: precursor hall, cathode hall, utilities spine, and circular recovery loops. Status: proposed, in planning.
